Pollen is one of the many allergens that your shoes bring inside your house. Ask your relatives and friends to clean them before they enter. Choose a rubber mat that is simple to maintain. Asking visitors to put their shoes at the door would be preferable.
Using a HEPA Filter to Purify the Air
99% of the minute particles that set off your allergies can be captured by it. Pet dander and pollen are best removed with it, however dust mites are less effectively removed. Search for appliances that list the clean air delivery rate and have been tested by the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (CADR). A minimum of two-thirds of the room’s square footage must be represented by the number.

Improve the furnace filter.
Try using paper filters with a MERV (efficiency) value of 7 to 13 for pleated filters. They are sometimes nearly as efficient as a HEPA filter. Alternatively, choose an electrostatic one that traps allergies using charged fibers. To maintain your furnace operating efficiently, replace filters every three months. A whole-house HEPA or electrostatic filter device integrated into your HVAC system is a more pricey alternative.
Electronic Air Cleaners
These machines don’t use filters or fans. Instead, they change the electric charge on polluting particles. Some of these products, though, release ozone, which can sometimes make your allergies worse.
You can move them from room to room, put one on your furnace, or mount it on your ceiling.
